Questions
Do you show my home address?
Your street address is private unless you explicitly give permission to show it. Customers can see your city, state and ZIP; private map coordinates are approximate. Share drop-off details directly with your customer.
What's a quote request?
A customer taps Get a quote on your listing and sends you the job details. Your paid plan includes a set number each month. Extra ones are $5 each.
How does annual billing work?
One upfront payment for 12 months at 20% off. It stacks on top of founding pricing.
Can I change or cancel?
Email support@theglovesos.com and JB takes care of it. Founding discount eligibility after cancellation or return is discretionary and reviewed for each shop.
Who is TheGloveSOS for?
